Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States — tracked delivery to all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. We don't offer international shipping at launch.
- Contiguous 48 states: Standard Tracked shipping is $5.95 — free when your paid merchandise subtotal (after discounts) is $69 or more. Need it faster? Expedited shipping ($9.95) is available at checkout.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Standard Tracked shipping is $9.95.
- Puerto Rico, US territories & APO/FPO: USPS Standard shipping is $12.95.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard Tracked typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing; Expedited typically arrives in 2–4 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.
What is your hair made of? Is it real human hair?
It's an honest premium blend of real human hair and high-grade, heat-friendly fiber. We don't pretend it's 100% raw virgin hair at a budget price — the blend is what gives you natural movement and shine and resilience that lasts, without the price tag of full virgin hair. Styles start at $69.
Will it shed or tangle like cheap hair?
This is the #1 complaint people have about cheap hair — so it's where we focus. Our wefts are double-drawn and weft-sealed to minimize shedding, and the cuticles run in one direction to resist tangling and matting. With proper care (gentle detangling, a satin bonnet at night, no sleeping on it wet) it stays smooth wash after wash.
Is the length and density actually what's advertised?
Yes. Lengths are measured stretched (the honest way), so a 24″ is a true 24″ — not a wavy 24″ that's really 20″ when straight. Wig density is clearly labelled (180% / 200% / 250%) so you know exactly how full it'll look before you buy.
Does the hair have a chemical or unpleasant smell?
No. Every piece is cleaned and finished before dispatch, so there's no strong chemical or burnt smell out of the box — another frequent complaint about cheap imports that we've designed out.
Is the lace pre-plucked and ready to wear?
Our HD lace frontals and glueless wigs come pre-plucked with a natural hairline and baby hairs, on ultra-thin HD lace that melts into the skin. Glueless styles have pre-cut lace — no cutting, no glue, on in minutes.
Can I use heat on it?
Yes — it's heat-friendly. You can straighten, curl or restyle within normal styling temperatures and it bounces back. (Cheap synthetic melts; ours doesn't.)
How many bundles do I need?
For a full sew-in we recommend 3 bundles (add a frontal or closure to finish the hairline). For shorter lengths up to 18″, 2–3 bundles is plenty; for 24″+ go with 3–4 for fullness. Not sure? Take our 60-second match quiz or email orders@realdonorhair.com.

What's your returns & guarantee policy?
Every order is backed by our 30-day care guarantee. Unopened, unused bundles can be returned within 30 days. If a piece arrives faulty or isn't as described, we'll put it right — replacement or refund. Add RealCare Protection at checkout for a 90-day quality guarantee and priority support.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
No — orders ship domestically within the United States, so there are no customs charges or import duties.
