When does my delivery time start?
Processing begins after payment clears and the order is confirmed. Your checkout estimate includes the shipping service available for your ZIP code; it remains an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
How fast is US delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, it is quality checked before dispatch. Most in-stock US orders arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch. The live estimate shown at checkout takes priority.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked US shipping is free on orders of $69 or more. Any upgraded shipping charge is shown before payment.
What’s the 60-Day Love-It Guarantee?
Request a return within 60 days of recorded delivery. Eligible hair must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored and unaltered, with lace uncut, hygiene seals, ties and tags attached, and original packaging included. After inspection, choose a refund to the original payment method, an exchange or store credit. See the full refund policy.
How do promotional returns work?
For a full Buy One, Get One set refund, return both eligible items and any included gifts in eligible condition. If one item is kept, the refund is recalculated against the price paid and the retained item’s value. Missing promotional gifts may reduce the refund where permitted by law.
My order is faulty, what now?
Before wearing, cutting or altering the item, email Enquiries@realdonorhair.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review it and provide an appropriate remedy. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
What is Lifetime Care Support?
You can ask us for general care and styling guidance for as long as you own your hair. This ongoing support is separate from the 60-day return window and is not a lifetime product warranty.
